Fresh, Skinny Cocktails with Sparkling Water

The mixologists at Perrier are putting their infamous sparkling water into a new lineup of cocktails that are “refreshingly unique” as their slogan suggests, and calorie free.
Sparkling water is a perfect replacement for tonic water or club soda that will slenderize a Gin & Tonic or a Hummingbird in a pinch. Or you can try on of Perrier’s suggestions:
Sunset Strip
1 oz. gin
6 oz. pomegranate Juice
1 tbsp. cucumber (peeled and diced)
1 oz. fresh lime juice
5 oz. ginger syrup
1 oz. sparkling water
Combine gin & juice, cucumber, lime juice and syrup in a cocktail shaker and shake with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice and top with chilled sparkling water.
Flavored Vodka Perrier
1.5 oz. flavored vodka
3 oz. Perrier
Pour over ice and garnish with your choice of fruit.
Perrier Cucumber/Gin Sublimation
Cut cucumber or ginger into long slices. Place one slice into a highball glass and top with chilled sparkling water. (Hooch optional)
