THL: What is it?

Roundhouse Gin is a New Western style dry gin distilled with organic juniper berries, coriander, citrus peel, star anise, angelica, orris root, sencha green tea, lavender, and hibiscus and chamomile blossoms.

THL: Why should you try it?

Roundhouse is a a uniquely floral gin that represents the childhood playfulness of distiller Ted Palmer. He named his distillery accordingly- the nearby train tracks in Boulder, Colorado remind him of roundhouses, or in his words, the places that "trains go to drink cocktails."

Roundhouse Spirits was Boulder, Colorado's first micro-distillery.
