Flor De Caña 7-Year Rum is a full-bodied and full-flavored rum with caramel and spice.

THL: Why should you try it?

Flor de Caña is the only rum from Nicaragua. The great thing about Flor de Caña is that it’s slow-aged for 4, 7, 12, 18 and 25 years in a barrel. Flor de Caña speaks to a true rum connoisseur. It is a great addition as a glaze for chicken with some brown sugar.

Flor de Cana 4 Year-Old Gold Rum is produced in Chichigalpa, Nicaragua where they also produce  Flor de Cana Extra Dry 4 Year-Old White Rum, Flor de Cana Extra Lite 4 Year-Old White Rum, Flor de Cana Black Label 5 Year-Old Gold Rum, Flor de Cana 4 Year-Old Gold Rum, Flor de Cana Centernario 12 Year-Old Gold Rum, Flor de Cana Centernario 21 Year-Old Gold Rum, and Flor de Cana Centernario 18 Year-Old Gold Rum.

Try this rum in a Prohibidor Fumar cocktail.

2 ounces of Flor De Caña 7-Year Rum
1/2 ounce maple syrup
1 Dash of liquid smoke
Half-salted rim
Garnish with Orange Zest
