The Nice Pear cocktail features another fantastic Oregon spirit, Clear Creek’s Pear Brandy for a cocktail that simply oozes autumn.

Nice Pear
(Recipe recommended by Tina Benitez)
2 ounces Dry Fly Wheat Whiskey
1/4 ounce Pear Brandy (Clear Creek)
1/4 Fresh Pear
1/2 ounce Fresh Lemon Juice
3/4 ounce Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Muddle, shake, and double strain. Pour in coupe glass, and garnish with pear fan.
