Diplomatico Daiquiri
2 ounces Diplomatico Anejo Venezuela Rum
3/4 ounce Lime Juice
1/2 ounce Dark Agave Nectar or Simple Syrup
Combine in a cocktail shaker. Shake all the ingredients together, and pour into a sugar-rimmed cocktail glass. Go light on the sugar because this is already a pretty sweet drink. The sugared rim just allows the drinker to adjust the sweetness to their desired level while they enjoy their drink.
