THL: What is it?

Charbay Green Tea Vodka is made with Charbay Winery and Distillery's Clear Vodka, a blend of American Midwest corn and rye, and flavored with Chinese green tea from the Anhwei Province.

THL: Why should you try it?

The Master Distiller at Charbay Winery and Distillery spent 5 years perfecting this flavored vodka, all the while in search of the best variety of green tea available. His hard work paid off — this spirit smells and tastes as earthy and soft as the tea itself.

THL: Who makes it?

Father and son Miles and Marko Karakasevic do the distilling and winemaking at this family-run operation. Miles and his wife Jenni own the facility in Napa Valley where they work closely with Marko and his wife Susan. They produce seven kinds of vodka, including Ruby Red Grapefruit, Meyer Lemon, Blood Orange and Clear, as well as tequila, whiskey, rum, liqueur, brandy, grappa, and pastis.

THL: What does it taste like?

Smooth, earthy, and herbal

THL: How should you drink it?
