Infinium Spirits out of California owns the Carpano brand, which originated in Italy in 1870.

A Manhattan or a Negroni are the go-to for any sweet vermouth cocktail. If you want to deviate from the norm, try the Hanky Panky. It is equal parts Gin (Beefeater is the preferred), Carpano Antica Formula, and Fernet Branca.
