Master Distiller Lance Hanson focuses just as much on growing quality ingredients as he does on distilling them into fine products. CapRock Organic Gin is hand-crafted by Peak Spirits at the Jack Rabbit Hill Biodynamic Farm in North Fork Gunnison Valley, Colorado. They also produce an CapRock Organic Vodka, Peak Organic Eaux de Vie, and Peak Organic and Biodynamic Estate Grappas. In 2011, Peak Spirits sourced ingredients from just 3 growers, all located within a 10-mile radius of the distillery and all either USDA-certified organic or Demeter Biodynamic®.
