Bulldog Gin hails from London, alongside many of the best traditional gins, but takes a bold step away from a classic formula with the addition of exotic ingredients, including dragon’s eye, poppy, lavender, and lotus leaves.

THL: Why should you try it?

Bulldog Gin started with Anshuman Vohra’s fond memories of plaintively sipping Gin and Tonics with his father. After years of practice as an investment banker, Vohra decided to pursue his dream of crafting a gin inspired by the variety of botanicals he had encountered on his travels throughout the world. What started as a small release in New York has now expanded into a worldwide brand with a devoted cult following.

THL: Who makes it?

Bulldog London Dry Gin is based in London, England and founded by former investment banker, Anshuman Vohra. The gin is named after England's bold, iconic gin-lover, Sir Winston Churchill.

THL: What does it taste like?

Bulldog has a rich buttery texture paired with a blend of botanicals that makes for a creamy, yet delicate gin.

THL: How should you drink it?

Bulldog mixologist Michael Waterhouse created the Strawberries and Cream as part of the distillery's lineup of exotic cocktails. Enjoy.

Strawberries and Cream
2 ounces Bulldog Gin
1 ounce strawberry liqueur
1 ounce white creme de coco
1.2 ounce half & half

Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a martini glass. Dust with cocoa powder, and garnish with a slice of strawberry.
