How to Make

Combine bourbon, Cointreau, and bitters in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir. Strain into champagne flute. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon or orange twist

  • 1 ounce Bourbon
  • 1/2 ounce Cointreau
  • 7 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • 7 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
  • 5 ounces Champagne or Sparkling Wine
