Seelbach Cocktail
How to Make
Combine bourbon, Cointreau, and bitters in a mixing glass, add ice, and stir. Strain into champagne flute. Top with Champagne or sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon or orange twist

- 1 ounce Bourbon
- 1/2 ounce Cointreau
- 7 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- 7 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
- 5 ounces Champagne or Sparkling Wine
