Ahh, the great divider. Some people love to make this drink to show off their skillz. Some people hate the time you have to commit to making a good one, since it can weed you on a busy night. Whatever side of the fence you're on, it's one amazing cocktail. A New Orleans classic, the Ramos Gin Fizz was popularized by Louisiana governor Huey P. Long, who would bring bartenders with him to New York to make it for him away from home. Whether the foam is the nuclear mushroom cloud shape, or the flat-topped "kid'n'play", the trick to this drink is getting the frothy top sky-high. Spoon straw recommended.
