Irish Coffee
How to Make
Pre-heat your Irish Coffee glass with hot water. Combine the coffee, whiskey, and sugar in the glass. Stir well to dissolve sugar. Float a half inch of cream on the top.

Makes one drink:
- 1-1/2 ounce Irish Whiskey
- 1 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 4 ounces Coffee
- Unsweetened Heavy Cream

I don't drink coffee normally. I never got into the Starbucks craze like so many people I know. But when I do enjoy a coffee on a cold Chicago day, a little Baileys and little Jameson always do the trick. This is probably my favorite "hot" cocktail. While I enjoy some of the other variations of the coffee cocktail, the Irish Coffee stands alone.
