This iconic Portland bar can please everyone from the average drinker to the ultra cocktail nerd. Their drink list is littered with an array of artisan spirits and house-made ingredients with a genuine influence of local and seasonal fare. Vintage barware, ornate glassware and obscure spirits decorate the back bar. You’ll be in great hands with Brandon Wise, Mindy Kucan and the rest of the hospitable bar staff, headed up by bartender and owner Kevin Ludwig. Have yourself an Old Fashioned, and relax. Clyde is a wonderful combination of hotel bar, farm-to-table restaurant, and high-volume, scenester hang out. Known for their barrel-aged cocktail program and substantial whiskey selection, this is a fun and energizing place to bring friends for a taste of the Northwest. Kask is a modern saloon dedicated to artisanal foodstuffs and exceptional beverages. The drink menu reflects the same creativity and dedication to quality ingredients its kitchen inspires.
