At the age of 8, Kris Jonson decided he wanted to be an artist. He started painting before he was 10, and had multiple cameras before he was a teen. After graduating from The Art Institute of Phoenix in 1999, Kris began working in graphic design for one of the world’s largest media companies, Clear Channel Communications. Several years later, after owning his own successful design firm, Kris discovered his true passion and transitioned from design to photography. Kris enjoys creating thoughtful portraits and evocative landscapes. He is constantly studying, improving through trial and error, and learning from the best in the industry.
