About the Contributor

The product of parents who largely did not imbibe, Amy developed a taste for spirits during her time at Cornell University’s School of Hospitality Administration. After refining her palate through training in the professional culinary arts at The French Culinary Institute, Amy continued her education in the finer tastes in life both behind the bar and in front. Today Amy writes about cooking, eating, drinking, and travel, with a cold gin cocktail never far away.
