Negroni. People don't understand the flavors of good vermouth and Campari!

THL: What is the test of a great bartender?

It's not how fast, how loud or how funny the bartender is...it's all about the passion and how committed you are to your profession. It's making your guest feel good about learning new spirits/cocktails without being snobby from the barkeep. It's the ART OF BARTENDING.

Lastly, he or she better know how to make a proper Manhattan or a Negroni!:)
